At Jamnasha, our aim is your complete satisfaction with your purchases! If for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to assist you in making it right.
Our refund and returns policy extends for 15 days from the date of your purchase. If it’s been more than 15 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, including being in its original packaging.
Please note that any products purchased from our SALE page or SALE rack in-store are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. These items will be clearly marked as “Not available for return” if you attempt to return them through our online return system.
Returned items must be undamaged, unwashed, unscented, unworn, and all tags must still be attached. If we receive a return that does not meet these requirements, a store credit will not be issued. If your item was delivered damaged, please email us at {hello@jamnasha.com} with questions or concerns.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) for any signs of wear or use. If the item is found to be in returnable condition, we will process the refund to the original form of payment. If an item is not deemed returnable, we will reach out to discuss your options.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that certain situations may only qualify for partial refunds, such as items not in their original condition, or returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company and bank. If you still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at {hello@jamnasha.com}.
Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at {hello@jamnasha.com} and send your item to our storefront address.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns:
To return your product, please mail it to our storefront address provided above. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
