Express Shipping: We utilize renowned couriers such as FedEx, DHL, and Aramex for Express Shipping. We guarantee that the first delivery attempt will be made within 7 to 10 working days from the date of your order placement.If you opt for Standard Shipping, your shipment will typically be sent via EMS/Speed Post. Delivery will be made by the EMS partner in your country, usually the national postal service. The expected delivery date is indicative and may vary based on the service levels of the local EMS shipping partner.
Express Delivery Options: For Express Delivery, the freight charges are applied with a Delivery time of 7-8 working days. Please note that Express Shipping delivery commitments exclude holidays (Sundays, Holidays in India, and destination country), unforeseen customs delays, and alternative shipping instructions provided by the customer/recipient to the courier company.
Refund Guarantee: If your Express Shipping shipment is not delivered within the stipulated time, we will refund you the difference between the Express and Standard Shipping charges for your order.
Delivery Discrepancies: If you suspect that the courier company has incorrectly updated the order as delivered or has failed to deliver the order, please inform us within 4 days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the courier company to provide proof of delivery.
Order Modifications: Once the shipment is handed over to the shipping company, no modifications can be made to the order. Changes in the delivery address or specific delivery instructions will only be accommodated if the courier company can fulfill these requests.
Charges and Payments:
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are determined by the destination country and the weight of the shipment. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
Duties and Taxes: Jamnasha bears all export duties from India. However, any import duties or local taxes imposed at the destination are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid directly to the delivery personnel.
Payment Variations: Please note that the actual amount charged to your account/card may differ from the displayed amount at the time of transaction due to variances in exchange rates applied by us and your card issuer/payment gateway, as well as any surcharges applied.
Refunds and Replacements:
Replacement Warranty: The 10-day replacement warranty is not applicable to orders delivered outside India and covers only manufacturing defects up to 10 days from the delivery date of the product.
